Linear mixed model analysis of quality of life scores in patients with thyroid eye disease treated with teprotumumab from three 24-week clinical trials

Objectives: Teprotumumab, an IGF1-receptor antagonist, has been shown in three clinical trials to markedly improve the clinical course of Thyroid Eye Disease (TED) or GravesÂ’ Orbitopathy (GO) with significant improvements noted in inflammation, proptosis, and diplopia.
